Due to the rise in Celiac disease and auto immune deficiencies, there has been a huge increase in demand for gluten free products. Our gluten free oatmeal allows people with Celiac's disease to experience the same health advantages that you get from regular oatmeal.
It has also been found that autistic children have less problems when following gluten free diets.

Holly has taken the time to create texture, while keeping it healthy and tasty. Also, the oatmeal has a short cook time, 2 minutes in the microwave (for 1/2 cup) and 4 minutes on the stove top (see instructions below).
